Is There a Cure for snoring?

I have to share a room with my mom when we go to the islands on vacation for 7 days. At home her snores can be heard throughout the house(on all 3 levels) So I cannot imagine what it will be like to sleep in the same room. Is there anything that cures snoring (even temporarily)? I love my mom and everything but somethings gotta
