where can I sell Cpap Mask or Nasal Pillows system?

Is there any sites that I can sell a Resmed Swift LT nasal pillow system? I just bought it and tried it on for like 2 minutes but cant use it.I tried ebay but they pulled it down..Help please and thanks in advance.

    Why not try once more on eBay; maybe this time they won’t pull it.

    Once a CPAP mask or Nasal pillow have been opened, they can’t be re-sold.
